Dear Eka,
Nice to hear from you.
So we are preparing a letter for the MoH and we have reached out to a consultant who speaks Russian for the training in June. We will attach the training agenda to the M oH letter.
Looking forward seeing you soon
Kind regards
Ute

Dear Ute,
Hope this letter find you well. I am glad that we will cooperate again.
We suppose that it will be relevant if MoH get an official letter from EURO about training, which will help us to manage training organizational issues.

Dear Nino,
Thanks a lot for the swift follow-up.
I acknowledged that the preferred language is Russian, I will contact the relevant consultant. Yes, maybe Russ/Geo translation might be needed,…
Do the MoH wish to get a letter from EURO in proposing the hospital safety training or is it ok without?
Yes, the two national teams (consisting of a civil engineer, a maintenance engineer, a specialist on hospital emergency planning and a coordinator), could come from one of the to be assessed hospitals, but not necessarily. The aim is that they don’t serve as trainers but undertake more assessments in the country on their own, as we did in 2010.
Kind regards
Ute

Dear Ute,
Following my previous email please be informed that:
- The preferred by Ministry language is Russian but anyway the MoLHSA thinks that for proper training/communication it is better if Russian/Georgian translation will be provided;
-The MoLHSA is enquiring regarding national teams (consisting of a civil engineer, a maintenance engineer, a specialist on hospital emergency planning and a coordinator). Should they represent one of the hospitals to be assessed? Or is it expected that they will not represent the hospital at all but later could serve as trainers?
I am copying this email to Eka Kapandze for better communication in case of additional questions.
Kind regards, Nino

Dear Ute,
After our today conversation I’ve contacted the MoLHSA (Eka Kapanadze) for clarification of two isses.
It seems that :
1. The MoLHSA definitely is not interested in receiving IEHK with suggested by WHO colleagues expiry date.
2. Probably they will prefer to have June training in Russian, but for final answer they need some more time. I’ll be back with final decision today, hopefully soon.
Kind regards, Nino
