As June is a very busy period in Copenhagen, we kindly ask you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible using the attached form which you are to send directly to the hotel with copy to me.

As mentioned in the information circular, the meeting is scheduled to start at 13.30 on Monday 11 June and finish at noon on Friday 15 June.

We shall arrange for your travel through our travel agent and will send you an e-ticket at a later stage.

All costs in connection with your participation in the meeting will be covered by this Office.

We shall send you an invitation letter in due course which will provide you with more elaborate information about your participation in the meeting.
