- Rome, FAO HQ Dear colleagues, We are looking forward to greeting you next Thursday and Friday for the 42nd General Session of the EuFMD, which will be held in Rome, Italy, at the FAO headquarters in the
Iran room (bldg. B, ground floor). Your building passes, if you have a confirmed registration, can be retrieved starting 8 am on the Thursday 20th April
from the FAO security booth. If you have not yet registered, please urgently send an e-mail to
Eufmd@fao.org attaching this completed
form. Please don’t forget you will need an I.D card to pick up your badge, and there is a thorough security check so please do plan your arrival at FAO accordingly.
The meeting will start at 9 am on the 20th
and end by 16.30 at the latest on the 21st April, with a Member States only session in the afternoon of the 21st.
Side-events are organized on the afternoon of the 20th as well as a social event in the evening.
Please find attached information on how to get to FAO. The
weather will be better on the Friday than on Thursday but still very pleasant!
