Do you already have any indication for us if the minister will be able to open the conference? We would need to finalize all materials for the conference.

 

 

Dear Ms. Mkurnali,

Thank you very much for your reply. We are very glad that the minister considers to open our conference. I am also copying Dr. Giorgi Papiashvili, President of Georgian Heart Rhythm Association (GeHRA), to this e-mail who is co-organizer of the conference.

 

We expect attendance of around 200 participants (mainly Georgian physicians) and plan to get media coverage within the major news channels in Georgia. As for the minister's role in the symposium, we are asking him to open the event with a short speech of about 5 min. He is not expected to moderate the session. Please let us know as soon as possible if the minister will open the event so that we are prepared to organize everything accordingly.
