With regards to further practical arrangements :

 

•                     Concerning the time slot: I would like to suggest 14:00, after the official lunch, for our bilateral meeting.

•                     We will have a meeting room arranged at the conference site

•                     As for the topics we would like to address the issue of universal health care and health systems. If there is any topic that your minister would like to discuss, please feel free to add to the agenda.

•                     Please find enclosed the CV of my minister. Could you also provide a CV of your minister?

•                     is it ok if the languages of the meeting is English?  

•                     In order to easily organize the meeting, is it possible to have the contact information of somebody that will join the minister to Tallinn? So I can get in contact to show the meeting room, or arrange the latest detail, etc.. (my phone number can be found in the original email here below)
