We have to remind you that the registration date on the website is 15^th of August , 2017.  Would you be so kind to send us the preliminary answer?

We are trying to gather as much information as possible in order to answer to your request. According the terms for participation the host country should sponsored two representatives, including Head of Delegation.

 

We are more than happy to welcome the delegates that you are nominating, however we look forward to the other Delegations to inform the Travel Agency regarding all.
