Thank you for clarifying some logistic issues. Everything is clear regarding the “full financial support”. Just to clarify the issues about hotel, we received form your side an email with attached file “Practical Information” (I am attaching this document) where the hotel list was provided (also it was said that we can book by our own) and also mentioned that transportation from the hotel to conference venue and vice versa will be provided by organizers. So me and my colleague Nino made a choice and that’s why we requested Marriott hotel of course we know that extra night should be paid for our own.
From your email as I understand travel agency booked for us another hotel, so can you tell me the name of the hotel?

Thank you for your message, as this is an opportunity for me to clarifying some logistic questions regarding your participating at the UNECE Ministerial Conference.
As you know according to the host country participation in the Ministerial Conference some countries “may be entitled to full financial support”, this includes travel costs, accommodation and meals during the Conference.
The Portuguese organization have contracted the booking hotel and the travel services in order to:
a) Guarantee accommodation during a very busy period in Lisbon;
b) Ensure that the maximum Delegations by Hotel, as a way to avoid to spread the participants in the city, which makes the transfers difficult.
Thus, according the information provided by the Travel Agency you will be hosted in a very good hotel in the center. If you wish stay more nights it will be at your own expenses. Regarding your room preferences (double instead of a single) please inform the TRAVEL Agency.

Could you please book one twin room for us (we will be staying in one double room with Nino) We are planning to arrive on September 17th, 2017 and will check out on September 22nd, 2017.
As I have mentioned Marriott hotel Lisbon is in your provided list of the hotels, so please book 1 double room (with 2 separate beds) with balcony in Lisbon Marriott hotel ( as I have checked there Are available rooms). Waiting for your the confirmation regarding hotel.
