Shall we also issue press release before the event? Or your communication with mass media is enough? For example, we would like to inform “The messenger” newspaper as well.

The Host in the Universal Medical Centre will be our Deputy Minister Mr. Valeri Kvaratskhelia. As for the Minister - Mr. David Sergeenko will meet you at 12:00 at the National Training Centre.

Dear Mr. Hasegawa,

 

I’m writing you on behalf of Ms. Sopiko Belkania regarding the handover ceremony. We would like to share with you the following scenario for the handover ceremony and have your opinion in this regard:

 

 

On April 25th, 2017 at 11:00 - Minister Mr. David Sergeenko with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia Mr. Toshio KAITANI, Leadership of the Universal Medical Centre and other colleagues from the Ministry and Embassy will visit the Universal Medical Centre where they will observe the operation of granted medical equipment. (This visit will be recorded by the Official cameramen of the Ministry in order to provide the video to other Mass Media representatives, who will be invited later in the National Training Centre).

 

On the same day at 12:00 Minister Mr. David Sergeenko along with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia Mr. Toshio KAITANI, high level representatives from our Ministry and Head of Regional Emergency Medical Service Centre, colleagues from your Embassy will meet at the National Training Centre where the Minister and H.E Ambassador will deliver short speeches on the project, and will review the defibrillators in Emergency Cars (ER Cars). (Cars will be parked outside on the Centers territory). This meeting will be attended by the representatives of the Mass Media they will make a Joint short video of the event together with the provided photos/videos/comments of the Medical Centre, That will be recorded by our Ministry.
