Dear Marijan,
Thank you for this, We will have to work out how best we can get the most precise number of participant count for the dinner.
As mentioned we are sending out a message to all participants tomorrow, we may be able to request them to confirm their attendance to the dinner (but we do not have everyone’s e-mail), or we can do ask upon registration, but this may be too late?
Please advise if any better suggestions,

Dear Ida,
Few minutes ago I have spoken with Sopo Belkania, who confirmed that the ministry will host the dinner on the first evening of the meeting. She will work on this on Friday, as she is on duty travel together with the minister and deputy minister.
My proposal was, that the dinner takes place somewhere close to the hotel, just to avoid possible additional complications with the transfer.
By my opinion it is important to specify the exact number of the participants.
