Dear Ms. Supatra,

Awaiting for your reply as the time is of an essence. I need to send my documents to Ministry of foreign affairs by tomorrow and there will be very little time left for the visa application to be sent to Ankara, visa processing and return of my travel documents to Georgia, therefore please reply by tomorrow morning if possible (we’re behind you by 3 hours).

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Nino (Nutsi) Odisharia

Thank you very much for the answer and the ticket.

We will try to proceed via ministry of Foreign affairs, meanwhile would you be so kind to send me location of the meeting, and suggested hotel so I would make a preliminary booking.

Considering the time difference and travel length is it possible to arrive in Bangkok a day earlier? I found the similar flight with similar price with the arrival date on 12th.

Thank you and kind regards

Nino (Nutsi) Odisharia

Dear Ms. Nino,

We have the participant coming from Georgia in October. He said he sent the documents to Thai Embassy in Ankara, Turkey.

He has smooth experience. Please check the Thai Embassy In Ankara for more detail. http://thaiembassyturkey.com/index.php/en/consular-service.

Please find tentative booking for your travel to Bangkok. Please note this is just tentative booking. There maybe some change in itinerary. But you can use it for visa application proposed.

The meeting will be held from 14-15 November, therefore you will arrive in Bangkok  on 13 and leave on 16 November.

Regards,

Supatra

Dear Ms. Odisharia,

Right now some 60 per cent of all women, men and children in Asia and the Pacific have only partial or no social protection coverage at all.

ESCAP, as the regional development arm of the United Nations in Asia and the Pacific, is therefore bringing together policymakers, practitioners and thought-leaders to discuss how to build effective and inclusive social protection systems in order to extend coverage to all.

Given your expertise in social protection we are pleased to invite you in your expert capacity to join us in Bangkok, Thailand on 14 and 15 November 2017 in our Strategic Dialogue on Building Inclusive Social Protection Systems . This event, the second in a series of innovative dialogues, will bring together some 30 participants, each of you carefully selected to bring the latest evidence and ideas.

Over the course of two days, we will explore four questions:

·        How social protection contributes to economic development and what is the evidence in Asia and the Pacific?

·        What barriers do countries in the region face in investing in and implementing inclusive and effective national social protection systems?

·        What can be learnt from those countries with more inclusive and comprehensive social protection systems?

·        What needs to be done to build commitment to inclusive and more effective social protection across the region?

ESCAP will cover your travel costs to and from Bangkok, as well as daily subsistence allowance in line with United Nation regulations.

Please kindly indicate your interest and availability to participate in this Dialogue by Monday 23 October.

A detailed programme will be provided in due course.

Kindest Regards,

Patrik
