Dear Laurence,

Thank you for provided information. According to the ticket, Minister's arrival in Geneva is planned on November 21 at 10:30 and departure - on November 24, at 18:25. Therefore, he requires early check-in and late check-out.

In this regard we would like to clarify how many days will be considered in daily allowance. Is it possible to reimburse 4 days expenses (considering the late flight)?

The daily allowance for his participation in the Executive Board will be paid to his bank account.

 

Hotel reservation is the responsibility of the travelers.  You will find attached a list of hotels at UN preferential rates.
