Subject: Minister David Sergeenko's visit to Geneva on EB Special Session

 

I would like to kindly inform you that  Mr. David Sergeenko, Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, as a member of WHO Executive Board is participating in EB Special Season which is to be held on November 22-23, 2017.

According to the flight itinerary, Minister's arrival in Geneva is planned on November 21 at 10:30 and departure - on November 24, at 18:25. In view of that, he will require early check-in and late check-out. please inform us how many nights will be reimbursed and how much per diem will be considered for Minister.
