1. Architecture of our software is service oriented, which makes each operation real time and fast. Creating files for each case may slow down the process. Does “NordDRG Batch grouper” have web service support?

2. Please provide technical documentations. Information provided so far is not enough to analyze and plan all technical changes needed to integrate “NordDRG Batch grouper” software in our system.

3. Could you provide more screenshots of “VisualDRG” and documentation…

4. Is it possible to share test versions of “NordDRG Batch grouper” and “VisualDRG”.

Dear Mr. Järveläinen,

I would like to kindly address you from the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia regarding NordDRG grouper software.

The Ministry initiated the cooperation with Nordic Casemix Center to obtain "Certificate of Acceptance" for NordDRG grouper software. The definition tables required for the grouper have not produced yet.

However, we would like to start the negotiations with you as a potential grouper software producer to clarify the terms and conditions for our further cooperation.

We are interested in getting more information about the conditions under which the grouper software can be acquired (contract and license fee) and technical parameters/requirements which are needed for adoption the grouper software and also, possible technical support from your side if this might be needed.
