Dear Maia,

 

Please be informed that I have re-checked the system and also called to KL. They confirmed that the payment of 1506 USD was done on 5 April 2018 as indicated in the system (please see attached the screen shot Sergeenko.jpg) and should have reached the Bank on 9 April (attached screen shot Sergeenko_.jpg).

 

Please check with the Bank, as 9 April was Holiday here and most probably the Bank has not proceeded with all payments received so far.
