Subject: visit of the RD

Dear Sopo,

This morning Prof Amiran told me, that the meeting between the Prime Minister and WHO Regional Director has been confirmed for Wednesday, 29 Nov 2017, 15.00.

He also indicated that a meeting between the Speaker of the Parliament and WHO Regional Director could be arranged, having in mind the importance of the parliament in approving the budget, that also includes Universal Health Coevrage.

This is to confirm that the WHO Regional Director is in agreement with both meetings. Ideally both meetings could take place on afternoon, Wednesday, 29 November.

Attached you can find provisional programme that includes meetings with the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Parliament.

15.00 – 15.45

Meeting with Mr. Giorgi Kvirikashvili; Prime Minister

15.45 – 15.55

Transfer from the State Chancellery of the Government to the  Parliament

16.00-16.45

Meeting with Mr. Irakli Kobakhidze , Speaker of the Parliament (time TBC)

Usually such high level meetings are relatively short, so we are flexible regarding the duration of the meeting.

I kindly ask you to indicate possible duration of both meetings, so the programme can be adapted accordingly.

As transfers will be secured by our car, and for that reason we also kindly ask you to contact both offices (State Chancellery of the Government and the  Parliament  of Georgia), so we are allowed to enter the area by our car (Toyota Landcruizer Prado, white color, registration plate: 007 D 061, driver George Nikabadze, mobile phone: +99 55 99 53 23 77)

Thank you and best regards,
