Dear all,

Thank you for keeping me in copy. It would indeed be important that the change of nomination is communicated via the official channels.

Regarding the homework – the participants need to prepare their own country presentations, and they will discuss them with the peers that will sit with them at the group table. The “neighbors” we referred to was the colleagues who will be part of the group discussion.

Kindest regards,

Tina

Dear Maia,

it's nice to hear from you. According to our rules and procedures, it is the Ministry of Health (or equivalent) to provide us with the nominations to WHO meetings, and we, as WHO, follow up with nominated participants.
Any changes made to the list of nominated participants would need to come to WHO from the Ministry of Health (or equivalent) that provided initial nominations.

I’m copying Tina to further clarify your query, incl. your question on preparation of country presentation.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you need any further help.

Thank you very much!

Kind regards,
Olga

Dear Olga,
I want to correct a list of participants of the Autumn School from Georgia. The decision on my participation was made during my vacation. This is a privilege for me to participate, although, from the practical point of view this is a kind of resource waste of resources taking into consideration my previous experience to enjoy the course in Warsaw and Cyprus. From the point of capacity building, it is more relevant to involve new participants to train them. From this point of view, Konstantin Kazanjian is the best candidate from the NCDC. He is a chief specialist working in the Department of Medical statistics, thus, the content of the course is interesting for him and will be implemented by him routinely.
Sorry for creating some confusions.
One more thing, while writing a letter about country presentations, Tina mentioned that the presentation must be discussed with neighboring countries. Can you name neighboring countris for us?
Thank you in advance.
Best wishes,
