thank you letting us know that Minister Sergeenko will not be able to take part in the Ministerial Conference on Ageing.
We understand that the delegation now will consist of two delegates from the Ministry, Ms. Sofiko Belkania, Head of HR Management and International Relations Department of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and Ms. Nino Odisharia, Head of Social Protection Department at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.
However, we would like to inquire if there could be a possibility to include in the official delegation Ms Ketevan Goginashvili, who as Georgia's National Focal Point on Ageing is a member of the Bureau of the UNECE Working Group on Ageing and was involved in all preparatory process of the Conference,

Due to unexpected circumstances, unfortunately Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia Mr. David Sergeenko will not be able to attend the conference.

We are trying to gather as much information as possible in order to answer to your request. According the terms for participation the host country should sponsored two representatives, including Head of Delegation.
We are more than happy to welcome the delegates that you are nominating, however we look forward to the other Delegations to inform the Travel Agency regarding all.

Would you be so kind to arrange to finance two of these delegates: Ms. Sofiko Belkania, Head of Executive Department of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and Ms. Nino Odisharia, Head of Social Protection Department at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.
As for the Minister, Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs will cover his costs.
