1). a).We have two options that we give the Economy return tickets of two delegates + hotel stay for 3 nights each.OR

b). if you want 3 delegates to come for event we can finance only upto Indian Rs. 55000/- per ticket for 3 delegates ( each ticket is approx. Indian Rupees 80000 per ticket).and balance to be borne by you.

Hotel stay will also be given for 3 nights for all 3 in addition.

2). I have spoken with the Attache at the Indian Embassy in Armenia mission and can issue visa invites ( please forward passport copies the earlier one not clear), They have said if you file physical visa through one authorized representative in Armenia then they can look into visa provided all documents are complete as per there website information. So we suggest you depute someone to the Indian Embassy in Yerevan. the Attache Mr. Amitabh's contact number is +374-55009118.
