Dear David,
Thank You for Your answer and clarifications.
Be kindly informed that for not spending much time on the process required by the Armenian legislation, as well as to keep our obligations demanded by Gilead described in the Agreement, we have made certain amendments in the text. Also the word “Agreement” was changed into “Contract” (please see the attached the Draft).
With such editions this document might be signed in Armenia with quicker procedure - by adopting a Government Decision on coming Thursday.
We will be grateful if you could give your opinion about the draft as soon as possible.
Thank You in advance for your answer.
Best regards,
Nelson

Dear Nelson,
First of all thank you for the prompt reply.
Regarding the RoA Government decree and humanitarian aid, as you may be aware and as it is described in the draft contract we have sent you we need some obligations fulfilled from your side in order to be able to donate the medicine.
As far as any option will allow the aforementioned obligations to be fixed and accepted by both sides, we do not have any pre-requisites.
Regards,
David

Dear David,
Thank you so much for the certificates.
We want to inform you that the signing of the agreement is acceptable for us, however, Armenian legislation requires a long time for state ratification process. An easier option would be to pass it through RoA Government decree, and lately, provide you with all the necessary paperwork, to receive the product as a humanitarian aid.
If the signing of the agreement is not a pre-requisite for Georgia’s Health Ministry, we kindly ask you to let us know, or informing us about other possible options and means as well.
Thank you again for your valuable support.
Best regards,
