Dear all,
please find attached guidance for the homework (PEST and health sector diagnostics).
For us Friday (March 2) 10.30am or 11.00am (Tbilisi time) would fit best to have a Skype call to discuss the the homework and to give you additional guidance.
Also, we can then use that time if there are any questions that may need additional discussion regarding your written feedback to the report.
With best,
Triin

Subject: summary of this week
Dear all,
Thank you again for your commitment which resulted into very productive week!
First, please find attached the main outcome of the seminar (file “SSA_groupwork_combined_23Feb2018”, sheet “Strat map Feb22”). As discussed, this is a preliminary strategy map and we’ll work together to finalize that during coming month.
Second, attached is also our joint workplan until the end of June (file “SP_workplan_GEO_Feb-June2018”).
Next steps as agreed today:
1. MOLHSA and SSA send written comments to the draft report by February 27
2. MOLHSA and SSA establishes a working group that will be the core group in strategy development (depending on the tasks may split to the sub-groups)
3. MOLHSA and SSA will work with PEST and health system context analysis, WHO provides template
4. Next mission by WHO in the week starting with March 19
Also, we suggest to have a follow up skype call after a week. Would Friday work for you and what time would you prefer? We could use skype for that (skype names: andresrannamae and triin habicht).
With best,
Triin
