"SEPC
MART" meeting in Bengaluru, India.
Please, be informed that the Ministry is planning

nominate the following 3 representatives to participate in the
conference:

Division of Health Care Department at the Ministry of Labour, Health and
Social
Affairs of Georgia
2. Ms. Nino Vardia, Chief Specialist of
Organizational Division of Health Care Department at the Ministry of Labour,
Health and Social Affairs of Georgia;
3.
Mr. Nugzar Janjgava, Deputy Head of Regional Health Care Center.
As agreed over the phone please, confirm us
whether
the financial support (visit expenses) will be provided for 3 candidates and
would it be possible to issue electronic visa as soon as possible.
Please find the enclosed passport copies for two
delegates (Ms. Nino Vardia and Mr. Nugzar Janjgava). The third one (Ms.
Khatuna
Chachava) will be provided on Monday. Hereby I attach the most acceptable
flight itinerary for the delegates.
As
soon as we get your confirmation will apply for e-visa of India.
