Davit Melik-Nubaryan, the Head of Medical care policy department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia apologizes for being late with the report and questionnaire on traceability of drug Sovaldi.
Please see attached the necessary information as of September 13, 2017. It also includes July and August dates. Hope that is satisfactory.
