Dear Lika,

Please, be informed that the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and LEPL Social Service Agency transferred requested accommodation expenses (190 Euro per person) for Georgian delegation to the account of “Royal Passeig de Gràcia” hotel . Please, find the enclosed transaction confirmations.

We would like to kindly ask you to provide hotel with this information in order to check and confirm the payment. Per our agreement with hotel, the rest of accommodation expenses will be paid by the delegate members upon check out.

Please, ask hotel administration to confirm the payment and approve once again the way of payment of the rest of accommodation expenses, as mentioned above.
