I would like to kindly inform you that Mr. David Sergeenko, Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, as a member of WHO Executive Board will participate in WHO EB 142 Season which is to be held on January 21-27, 2017 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Minister’s preferred flight itinerary is as follows:
21 January – Tbilisi –Istanbul – Geneva - 05:40-07:05 - 09:15-10:30
25 January – Geneva – Istanbul - Tbilisi - 18:25-23:35 - 02:00-05:15
According to the flight itinerary, Minister will require early check-in and late check-out. Please inform us how many nights will be reimbursed.
If it is essential to provide any additional documentation for reimbursement, please, inform us.
