Please find attached the English version of C.L.46.2017 regarding the
Special session of the Executive Board on a draft thirteenth General
Programme of Work (GPW13) which will be convened on 22 and 23 November
2017 in WHO headquarters.
As per usual practice the C.L. will be available in the six official
languages and be sent to capitals and permanent missions.
