Please be informed that due to unexpected circumstances, Minister Sergeenko will not be able to attend the conference on both dates. Therefore, the tickets should be changed according to the following time and dates:

·         Arrival 13th June – Early in the morning (considering Ministers Intervention on the conference on June 13th, at 10:00)

·         Departure 13th June - In the Evening

Minister will require the Hotel only  for  the  - June 13^th.
