This is to confirm that interpretation is not on the list of your tasks. The phrase “Other occasional tasks that support smooth implementation…” is normally used, as sometimes it is difficult to name all possible tasks.

The contract has 4 deliverables. For each deliverable you would have to submit report on the work done. For Intermediate Report it should be short description of the work that has been done during the reporting period. These reports are very short reports that can basically be short list (bullet points) summarizing the work delivered (i.e. list of missions and implemented tasks) and accomplishments; its purpose is of accounting/administrative nature. We can discuss it, when the time comes for the first such report.

The name of Sofiko Belkania is displayed as our internal system requires the name of alternative contact, that should not be the WHO staff member. Sofiko is indicated as an alternative contact person and does not belong to your personal details. The system automatically generates this and we are not able to change it. Sometimes it is difficult to explain and to understand our internal admin issues and I apologize for that. In any case you are the only person formally contracted by the APW.

Thank you for providing the contract, just to clarify the issue  regarding the  description of work that will involve Other occasional tasks that support smooth implementation of the UHCP action plan, as I was informed interpretation will not be included in my tasks and deliverables and it will be covered by the WHO.

Also question regarding the Financial Arrangements: could you please elaborate more regarding the intermediate report?

On the first page of the contract Sofiko Belkania is indicated in my personal details, would you be so kind to delete it please?
