Please be advised that :

 

·         The IMI Rules and procedures on the  Scientific Committee stipulate that the Committee and its members shall meet at least twice a year, however, in practice, 3 meetings are organised. One of the meetings span over 2 days to have  a joint session with the States Representatives Group. A teleconference is also held between each face-to-face meeting.

The meetings shall normally take place in Brussels at the seat of the IMI2 Joint Undertaking.

·         Travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed, kindly find below an excerpt on IMI rules on reimbursements of SC members for your easy reference:
