Following the meeting held on May 16th, 2017 between Mr. Sergeenko and both World Bank and AFD teams on pension system reform, I am pleased to share with you the aide-mémoire of the mission conducted by AFD Department in charge of health and social protection from May 15-18th. I would be grateful if you could convey the letter and aide-mémoire attached to Mr. Sergeenko as well.
