Payment policy:
The invoice will be paid by the guests during the check in procedure.

Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be cancelled without 24 hours prior to arrival.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the cancellation fee is the total costs of the accommodation.

Thank you for your kind e-mail, we have got rooms available in the below term.
Unfortunately we cannot provide early check in or late check out in the high season.
In this case they need to pay for a pre and a post night, so extra 2 nights: from 09 to 14 Sept; from 09 to 16 Sept.
Or they check in and check out in the official time and leave the luggage in our luggage room.
Please inform me if they preference to reserve the rooms.

We have a delegation coming to Budapest in September, I know it’s a bit early but they asked us to book rooms already J
They don’t have final list of delegates for the moment, but they definitely will need:
2 single rooms: check-in September 10, Check-out September 13.
1 single room: check-in September 10, Check-out September 15.
They also asked me regarding the early check-in and late check-out, what can we do about that issue?
