Attached we introduce the report/questionnaire regarding the fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by the Contract of Donation between the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and the copy of the letter of the minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
