Dear Mr. karpov,
I am contacting you from the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, We have not yet received a report/questionnaire ( For July and August) regarding the fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by the Memorandum of Understanding on Donation and Cooperation between the Government of Georgia and Government of the Republic of Belarus, would you be so kind to send us the requested filled report/questionnaire (from July up till now) until September 15th, 2017 (in accordance with the report form and questionnaire that was attached with the letter dated July 10th, 2017 No: № 01/44778).
While filling the questionnaire please elaborate more regarding the mechanism of drug distribution.
