Im sending you the GRANT LETTER OF AGREEMENT with the minor changes that we want to discuss/agree on. Please see the comments in the document.

As for the Annex B could you confirm that attached two letters are the annex B that is indicated in the agreement? (Approved Use of Grant Funds.   Grantee shall only use Grant Funds for the Project and as listed out in the Grant Request Proposal dated July 17, 2017 and further clarified on August 29, 2017 (attached to this Letter Agreement as Annexure B).

If you agree with the minor changes we will be starting the procedures for a government approval.
