Thank you for the call. We managed to clarify many things and agree on next steps which was the aim of call.

we share with you the framework of DRG feedback report (see attached) which hopefully helps you to draft the report which you then can share with providers (starting with pilot ones).

As for the dates of the next mission, the preliminary time is 11-13 September (Tuesday-Thursday). But we are waiting for your feedback with confirmation.

Thanks a lot for updated and revised documents. We will go through them asap and provide our feedback via email or during the Skype call.

In addition, I am happy to see (and I am sure Triin joins me) the strong commitment of and support by the Minister. It is understandable that he has questions and concerns which need to be discussed and we are happy to assist. We are also glad to discuss the questions related to DRG feedback report.

As for timing, we suggest to have 1-1,5 hour Skype call next Monday, 25^th of June, between 9am-1pm Georgian time (8am-noon in Helsinki, 11am-3pm in Bishkek). Due to our other commitments, there is not many option this and next week, so hopefully next Monday morning is fine with you.

Hope you are well, I’m sending you all DRG related documents that you had requested, all of them are updated and revised. Please be informed that from now on the chairmen of the Working group will be our new Deputy Minister Mr. Mikheil Dundua ( ToR and DRG imp. And Trans. Strategy are revised accordingly). Just to let you know that on June 6^th, DRG WG had a meeting with the Minister in order to update him on the ongoing activities – Minister had several questions regarding the additional resources (Human,Financial and Time resources) that might occur while/within the implementation of DRG.  DRG WG promised Minister to conduct consultations with you and after that they would present him the preliminary calculations regarding the unforeseen resources.

DRG WG asked me to arrange a skype call with you regarding several activities. They have questions concerning the DRG Feedback Report (which is still not ready). Would you be so kind to propose dates for the skype call?
