Dear Madam Mariana Mkurnali,

Good day and greetings.

Thank you so much for conveying Government of Georgia's interest in installation of radiotherapy units equipped with new technologies to provide curative and palliative cancer care at oncological centres in Georgia.

Madam, I would like to clarify to you that the project is still at 'Conceptual stage' and a lot of time consuming ground work is required to be done to turn it into reality. The Embassy is actively liaising with all concerned to ascertain its viability and logistics of execution, if found viable.

Embassy will, of course, keep the Government of Georgia informed of the future course through the appropriate Government channels.

With warm regards,
