I’m contacting you from the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, regarding the UNECE Conference which is going to be held in Lisbon in September, Following our email conversation, still nobody contacted us regarding the travel details, still no news? We have to remind you that the registration date on the website is 15th of August , 2017.  Would you be so kind to send us the preliminary answer?

First of all my apologies for this delay.

 

We are trying to gather as much information as possible in order to answer to your request. According the terms for participation the host country should sponsored two representatives, including Head of Delegation.

 

We are more than happy to welcome the delegates that you are nominating, however we look forward to the other Delegations to inform the Travel Agency regarding all.

 

I hope to have more details sooner and then I will contact you.

Would you be so kind to arrange to finance two of these delegates:  Ms. Sofiko Belkania, Head of Executive Department of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and Ms. Nino Odisharia, Head of Social Protection Department at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.
 
As for the Minister, Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs will cover his costs.
