Dear all,

This is to emphasize how important it is to get the files with primary classifications in required format and with agreed content out today.

Martti is busy next Monday and Tuesday (12-14 of March) in Reykjavik with NordDRG expert network meeting and potentially has time to get familiar with your files before the meeting (i.e. during the weekend). The shorter this time is, the bigger is the chance that he cannot produce the definition tables within short time (before he leaves for sick leave) and they will be delivered only in August. This, in turn, means that we have to adjust the whole DRG implementation process accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding,

Kristiina

Dear Mariana,

just to follow up quickly if you have been able to send the Georgian ICD10 (mapping with ICD10+) and NCSP with names in Georgian and English  to the NCC? The due date we agreed was March 7th as then there is a bit time to review the tables before Kristiina meets with Martti.

Please let us know if you have any questions in putting these tables together and you may need some assistance.

With best,

Triin

Dear Mariana,

This is an email to share with DRG WG.

We would like to thank you and everyone in the DRG WG for your time you dedicated during the mission on work with DRG related topics, but also before the mission by completing your “homework”. Thanks to your excellent preparation, we had more time for discussions during the mission and for dealing the burning issues.

To proceed, we will send you attached documents which we kindly ask you to work with and send us back as follows:

1.    DRG_Implementation_plan_2018_FeedbackWHO_28022018 by 16 of March

2.    Areas_for_capacity_building_28022018 by 16 of March

3.    ToR_DRGWG_Feb12_FeedbackWHO_28022018 by 16 of March

4.    DRG_monitoring_feedbackWHO_28022018 by end of March

5.    Draft_DRG_communication_plan_feedbackWHO_28022018 by end of March

Document 1 combines both, implementation plan and transition phases to make them consistent and in line with each other. Combined document also facilitates to introduce the changes if there is need for that.

Red text indicates the changes which were made during the mission.

In yellow comment boxes you can find the feedback and recommendations to consider while reviewing the document. Some comments are inserted also in the last column, please have a look at those too and make changes accordingly.

Please pay attention to fields marked with red ADD. This is missing information and we expect you to provide it by filling the fields.

Documents 2-5 have each a box with feedback, comments and recommendations in the beginning which we suggest to consider and take into account while revising the documents.

In addition, according to communication plan there is need to prepare FAQ to be able to provide information to different target audience. We will provide you initial list of Q with guidance by March 19.

If you have any questions, please let us know. We can have Skype call before the next mission which should be take place in mid-May.

Thank you,

Kristiina
