Thank you for your email, As I understood from your letter, Head of delegation (Mrs. Nino Odisharia) will be transported from the airport by car and will be also provided the VIP room in the airport, Head of Delegation will be accompanied by Mrs. Sofiko Belkania, so that means she will be with Mrs. Nino Odisharia in the car ( provided for the airport ) and in VIP Room (in Airport) could you confirm that it is acceptable?

Regarding the hotel questions (1. and 2. ) the Travel Agency will confirm accordingly. Regarding the cost covering from 19 th September I suppose Ms. Maria da Luz Cabral will confirm it.

I’m sure that you had already been contacted by the Travel Agency for this issues, if not I ask assistance from Ms. Maria da Luz Cabral to ensure that this questions are being raised.

I would ask for your understanding as this required a complex organization in order to accommodate as for as possible the requests from the participants.

Thank you for flight option but as I can see there is a long layover time so please suggest another flight option with rational layover time.

Regarding the hotel I have the same concern, can you or organizers  tell me the name of the hotel in which me and Nino will stay. You should book 1 double room for us. Our arrival date is 17^th of September and departure – 22^nd of September. Unfortunately we cannot stay till 23^rd of September, because we need to be in Tbilisi, Georgia on 23^rd of September early in the morning.  

So as I understand in previous emails accommodation during 19-23 September is fully covered by organizers, because on 20th of September there is Civil Society Forum and Research Forum.

I am sending this email to one of the organizers who was contacting us regarding the Ministerial.

I was waiting for a response from the organization.

The information I had is that your dates would be from 20/09 to 23/09.

We can change the dates without problem and for what they want.

The hotel does not yet have the information of which will be allocated, we are waiting for the organization, but Marriott is not listed.
