Hope you are well, the agenda is still being discussed and has to be agreed with deputy ministers and SPS WG, Considering DM’s busy schedule, could you please indicate where are you expecting the Deputy Minister Mr. Mikheil Dundua to participate during the meetings. Do you see the necessity for DM to attend all the meetings?
As for the Seminar, Would you be so kind to inform us where do you consider it to be conducted (Location, Time etc)?

Please let us know if we could provide any additional support regarding the agenda for the next week's mission.
During our last mission we also discussed an option to have 2-3 hour separate meeting on Monday with the deputy minister Mikheil Dundua to discuss the findings of the SSA assessment last year and progress made by so far with the strategy.

We foresee that as a 4 day's mission this time with a one day seminar-type of event where Minister is expected to participate for a half a day if possible for him.
