Sorry for the late reply, I have to inform you that the Universal medical center (JSC) is under construction and it won’t be so attractive for the media opportunity, so we propose to do the Hand-over ceremony  in our National Training Centre (Training Center, 12 km, David Aghmashenebeli Alley) on April 25^th at 11:00. The Ceremony (press conference) will start with the handshake, short speeches and a family photo, followed by reviewing defibrillators in emergency car (ambulance). Please let us know if this scenario suits you.
