You need to be on a no fat diet for 3 days prior and 7 days post surgery( this is very important) no meat no egg no fat no diary products  just boiled vetetables and fruits( spagetti without fat and bread steam rice is ok)

As I was said here in Georgia,that Lymph node MTS injury signifies that it is a metastasis from the thyroid node to the lymph nodes. I've heard many good about you in Georgia,I know many of your patients here and everybody is inspired by your works and help of our people.Hoping of your help.
