Dear Noe Kinkladze,
I have been informed by our mission that you have not received the
salary
benchmark report performed end of 2015. I apologize for all the
inconvenience caused. Please find enclosed the report.
You will find attached the results from the MSF Salary Survey in which
you participated.
In section 2.4 you will find your organization, indicated by the
letter
W.
The report covers Total Guaranteed Cash (minimum gross base salary +
fixed allowances or allowance per function). All salaries are adjusted
to
average working hours among the participants. Please note that
salaries
are compared, not based on title, which can be misleading, but on job
requirements and accountabilities.
You will also find a qualitative overview of the practice on salary
structure, additional benefits and salary management in Georgia.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions,
comments or require additional information about the figures in the
report.
