Dear Sopo,

This is very preliminary question if the minister would be available and willing to represent the member state from the European region at the UHC-HIV event. This is a major event organized by the WHO Director General, and will take place after the after Ministerial Meeting on HIV, organized by the Regional Director for Europe in Amsterdam, 23 July 2018.

Panelists will be only English speakers and WHO headquarters intends to finalize the programme soon.

There will be only one minister from Europe. This would give very high visibility to Georgia and the minister.

This is preliminary request. If the minister is interested, we would be very pleased and would consider his participation. Yet we would need to wait for the final decision of the headquarters.

I kindly ask for your advice (actually for the position of the minister).
