We thank you for showing your interest for participation in IPHEX-2018 at New Delhi, 08 ^th-10 ^th May 2018.

We are pleased to inform that your nomination has been positively considered by the screening committee and we invite you to participate in exhibition(IPHEX) / business sessions and various interactions during 08 ^th-10 ^th May 2018

Pharmexcil would be bearing your to and fro economy class airfare (as per Pharmexcil's chosen airlines) and hotel accommodation (booked by Pharmexcil). This offer is limited to only one person from a given organisation.

We would be making necessary arrangements in this regard. We would inform shortly after receiving your acceptance of invitation. In case of two or more persons from same organisation getting invitation, we will only provide Hotel accommodation to additional person on twin sharing basis.

We would also like to inform you that IPHEX-2018 is being funded & supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. It is therefore essential that you would be available/ required to attend all the business sessions starting from  inauguration ceremony and all the programs organized by Pharmexcil during 08^th-10^th May 2018..  

Since attending all the business sessions and programmes during the three day event is mandatory & vital requirement as per the Rules of the Government of India, we would appreciate if you could confirm your acceptance for the same by returning the enclosed Declaration, Travel Details and Company Detail Forms duly filled along with the scan copy of your Passport by 19^th April 2018.

It may please be noted that you can stay back for some more time (at your own cost) in India to firm up your business deals and other works.

Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this e-mail and submit the required detail within the given time. The offer shall be withdrawn in case of non-receipt of your confirmation on or before 19^th April 2018.
