THE INTERNATIONAL LIVER CONGRESS 2018 - ePoster

Dear David SERGEENKO,

Following the notification regarding your accepted abstract, we are glad to confirm that The European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) will take care of printing and delivering your paper posterto the Congress Center in Paris. In addition to that, the formatting of your poster file into an electronic poster (ePoster) will be carried out by EASL vendor company: MULTIEPOSTER.

Deadline:
o Poster submission: 15 March 2018 (end of day for all time zones).

All posters submitted before 15 March will be printed and shipped directly to the venue where they will be displayed on poster boards on their attributed day. You will be able to recover them at the end of day.

In order to submit your poster online, please follow the instructions:
1. Go to the Liver Tree™ educational portal:
http://livertree.easl.eu/easl/multisubmission/eposters/listing/?events=1307

2. Enter your personal access information below:

(if your login does not work, try with your EASL credentials or use this link to perform a reset)

3. Click on the poster title you wish to submit and follow the steps indicated on the website.

After your poster is uploaded and processed, you will receive an email within a few days for you to review your ePoster before the Congress and a link to check the status of your printed poster.

Poster format:
Your poster file should consist of a single page file in either PowerPoint or Adobe PDF of 140 cm x 90 cm in mandatory landscape format.

You will find poster samples ready to use and full guidelines on the Congress website.

For ePosters you will have the option to include videos and/or animated images. If you want to add this feature and give your research an edge, it is available at a cost of EUR 25.00. You can let us know now if you would like to add this new feature by contacting us.
