Dear Lela,
Thank you for your e-mail.
We as a Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia believe that publication of variety of documents/reports etc. which includes verified informational and statistical data is of our mutual interest.
Therefore, as it was stated in our previous email, main objective of sharing reports, findings, assessments and publications in advance is to ensure accuracy of informational and statistical data.
Thus we kindly requested from International organizations to provide reports, assessments etc. in printed and/or electronic versions in advance, which was meant to be published.
As for the time frame of feedback, please be assured that the Ministry will do its best to provide the feedback in reasonable timeframe that will be agreed with you and other International organizations in advance.
In addition, we would like to outline the importance of our organizations reliable and fruitful partnership for over the years, which entailed successful implementation of number of projects that became the milestones of further development of health care system in Georgia.

Thanks for your message.
Indeed I have received the original message and noted your request. As there were no publications in making at that point, and there are no periodic publications supported by UNFPA, I've had nothing to share so far.
I would like to take this opportunity and clarify some details regarding this request:

I have few questions/comments:
- If the publication is already printed, it is not possible to share it in advance;
- If we are requested to officially share all the reports and publications with the MoLHSA in advance, before it is published, what kind of feed-back we shall expect from the Ministry? what is the min/max. time-frame of receiving MoLHSA's feed-back? Does it mean, that the publication shall be suspended until the MoLHSA official feed-back is received?
- In general, almost all UNFPA researches and reports are developed in close collaboration with the NCDC and/or MOLHSA, and the publications benefit from substantive inputs of relevant staff.
