In addition to having a thyroid nodule, it is better to have a detailed hormone check. Eventually, it will be necessary to first evaluate cases such as a toxic nodule, toxic multinodular goiter or graves with TSH and Free T4. Before doing any procedure we have to check the hormon levels which must be at the normal level.

There are solid and hypoechoic nodules in the external ultrasound of the patient, but we do not know if it is a reliable radiologist. Biopsies are performed on 1 cm or above, but a biopsy of suspicious nodules with a size of 8 mm is also required.

If the TSH level in hormone tests is low, hormone release may be suspected in thyroid nodules which may require scintigraphy to identify which nodule is hot and cold.
