If all goes well, Agenda item 3.1 should be discussed on Monday and Tuesday, but it is not for sure. Would you be willing to translate the attached short statement on Agenda Item 3.1 on the General Program of Work (on the attached page), into Russian, and then read it during the civil society interventions? Does your delegation from Georgia know you will be attending?  It would be great if you also inform them that you will speak. 

I have asked Tania to translate 3.6 into Spanish, so she can read it. Both statements are uploaded to the WHO Non-State Actors website in English now. I think it will be great to have multi-lingual interventions with you both introducing yourselves as physicians with your titles.
