Dear Nana
Dear Nino
maybe you remember me from the talks about a italo-georgian training
Center
on animals to be realized in Tbilisi (Slowly slowly but the project is
still on the way with TSU).
I forward you a mail that I received from Dr Marusic (former ministry of
Health in Slovenia). He is very active in promoting health care and
sustainibility in east Europe countries and as you will see from the
forwarded mail, there is the opportunity to attend this meeting in
Lubiana.
So please if you are interested don't hesitate to contact me or him or
CEF
directly for further information,
Best Regards,
Alfonso Recordare

Dear Mr. Marusic,
First of all, please accept my sincere apologies for delayed reply, some
unexpected urgent things occurred since our last correspondence.
I kindly thank you for your interest to contribute at this workshop!
Please
have in mind that we are very flexible to arrange your presentation the
way
that is most suitable for you, i.e. on the day that is most convenient
(Feb
28, Mar 1 or Mar 2) and in format that is least time-consuming for you.
Taking into account the target audience of this event as well as your
vast
experience, your presentation could provide an overview of
*organizational
and institutional challenges* that countries in SEE region (or maybe only
Slovenia) encounter in managing health care resources which reduce
efficiency of health care provision. Moreover, it could include
recommendations/examples on what would be the best practices and/or
possible measures to implement to overcome issues in *managing health
care* *funding;
how to better coordinate and measure efficiency of resources invested
through health care funds, local governments, ministries of health. *
However I would gladly take into account your recommendations and views
on
how to approach this topic. So please let me know what do you think about
this proposal.
Wishing you a successful finalization of this work week, and lovely
weekend
ahead!
Kind regards,
Tara
