Please, be informed that we are in the process of acquiring formal proposal from the Pharmacon with split number of participants 12 + 8. By this you will have exact costs for participants from the industry. The cost will most probably be up to 4000 USD per participant, incl. the course fee, hotel room (single room) 3 meals per day (except the weekend, when only breakfast is secured).

The contract for the 8 persons from the industry should ideally by signed (and money transferred) by one legal entity (mot probably the Association of Georgian Pharmaceutical and Distribution Companies

is best positioned to do that).

The final selection of those 8 participants shall be done by MoLHSA & WHO, so we secure most rational participation.

 

We need full names of the 12 participants from the ministry; one of them shall be designated as a focal point, so we can agree with him/her all logistics.

We need this as soon as possible to be able to enter them into the system and start raising travel authorizations – to secure the flight tickets.
